Returns & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Email us at info@swasthisha.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Replacement Policy
- Once your request is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement
- All exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued
Refund Process
Refunds will be initiated only if:
- A replacement is not available, or
- The returned product passes our quality inspection
Once approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time is 5–7 working days
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- The return is due to personal preference or change of mind (especially for healing and spiritual products)
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
